Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for a refund requires the item to be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Item must be in the original packaging and be sent with receipt as proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inform you whether your return has been approved, in which case we will endeavour to refund the full amount via original payment method within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
