This was our first creation; a story that wrote itself with the ink of unfathomable amounts of love held for a very special lady.
 
In 2020, our family experienced the heartbreak of losing a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. How do you begin to explain to a girl of only five years of age that her favourite person is no longer here?

We sat down on a rainy Sunday afternoon and began to create a little fairy tale, its writing to embody the amazing qualities of our ‘love beam’ and its illustrations deriving from my daughter’s heart.
